Terms of return and exchange

The company carries out the return and exchange of this product in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

Return is possible within 14 days after receipt (for goods of good quality).

Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.

You can exchange or return goods from Monday to Friday.

When returning goods, you must have with you: passport, sales receipt, warranty card. We will refund the money on the day the goods are returned or, in the absence of money in the cash register, no later than 7 days from the date of return.

If you live outside of Kyiv, you can deliver the goods back to the address: Kiev, Bazhan Avenue, 14A, service center. If all the labels and the integrity of the packaging of the goods are preserved, we will exchange it for you or refund the money.

Exchange and return of goods of good quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer within 14 days from the date of sale, provided that the presentation is preserved and all documents confirming the purchase are available.
